WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?
Each pair of eyewear is packed with a fabric pouch inside a durable case. The pouch also serves as cleaning cloth. It is recommend that the eyewear is always kept in the case or compartment at all time when not wearing.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SUNNIES?
Use mild soapy water and ZIA pouch or soft cloth to clean your eyewear and let it air dry.
When not wearing, place eyewear inside the pouch or case or compartment.
WHEN NOT TO WEAR MY SUNNIES?
Generally sunglasses is not recommended for use as protection against artificial light sources such as lamps, lasers, or stare directly into sunlight. It is not recommended to use when driving at night. This is also not meant as industrial safety eyewear.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT?
We accept major credit cards, Paypal, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, & etc.
CAN I MAKE CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If change is requested outside the 24 hours period, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. Our system will process your purchase within 1 working day from purchase date.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It will take 5 to 7 days for orders shipping within the USA. Please allow additional 24 hours to process your order from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via UPS courier in the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Box and Military addresses at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer free shipping and free return for purchase over $50.00. We ship within the United States. Additional shipping fees will apply when shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Normally it will take 24 hours to process your order and another 5 to 7 business days for your order to reach you but occasionally shipment is delayed due to weather or major holidays. Do note that you are responsible for either in-state or Florida state sales tax, or additional customs fees if ship outside the country.
Free shipping does not apply on sales items.
We do not ship to P.O. Box and military addresses.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information, once your order is shipped. To track your order please go to UPS.com/tracking. If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day of purchasse, please contact us at contact@ziaeyewear.com for more information.
WHERE IS MY EYEWEAR PRODUCED?
Each pair of eyewear is hand-crafted with extreme care at our own factory in China. Your purchase includes high quality frames, single vision polycarbonate impact resistant lenses with UV coating, anti-reflective coating, and anti-scratch coating. Also, each pair is inspected thoroughly before leaving factory floor.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT PAIR OF EYEWEAR THAT FITS MY FACE?Please visit our website, for each product we specific (a) what face size each product fits; and (b) measurement of the product. You may want to measure your most favorite pair of glasses and compare to the measurement as listed next to our product. That would indicate the best fit possible.HOW DOES YOUR WARRANTY WORK?
We provide one year of limited warranty for normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover hinges, screw hardware, and nose pads. This warranty is considered voided if you decide to fill prescriptions with third party. To further clarify any questions, inquiries should be emailed to contact@ziaeyewear.com
HOW DOES REFUND OR EXCHANGE WORK?
We offer hassle free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day you received your order. To return or exchange, use the packing slip that comes with the order and send it back to us. To avoid damage in transit, we encourage that you use protective materials such as inner box and bubble wrap. Item is to be sent back to our company address at:

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Items must be in its original condition (exactly how you received the item) with packaging as how it was shipped. We reserve the right to reject item if failed inspection. Approved refunds will be processed on the original form of payment approximately 10-14 business days, depending on your bank.
WHAT I RECEIVED WASN’T WHAT I ORDERED OR RECEIVED DAMAGED?
If it is not the same item as you ordered, simply send it back to us along with packing slip within 30 days of received. Just follow our refund & exchange policy.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We currently only ship within the United States. We can ship internationally but we are not responsible for exportation requirements or incidents such as delay, damage or loss. Your order is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. These charges can be but not limited to importing country’s customs fees, taxes, international carrier freight, transfer, and insurance. Zia is not responsible to track international order once it leaves the United States.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PHYSICAL STORE?
Currently, we focus 100% of servicing for our customers online. We will make announcement once our physical store is established.
DO YOU OFFER BI-FOCAL OR PRESCRIPTION LENSES?
No, we do not offer bi-focal, prescription or progressive lenses or services at this time.
WHAT DOES FINAL SALES OR CLEARANCE MEAN?
It means that certain items gone on final clearance or sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
WHY I CANNOT RETURN MY ITEM?
We are not responsible to abusive wear & tear such as accidental damage or scratches or loss of screws due to neglect.
Mirror and revo lenses are highly vulnerable to scratches and nicks caused by everyday wear and tear. Natural wear and tear on these lenses sunglasses do not make them eligible for exchanges.
