Refund Policy

At Zia, we want you to love your sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, or final clearance items are non-returnable.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different style or colour, we’re happy to process an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
