At Zia, we want you to love your sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, or final clearance items are non-returnable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us cannot be returned.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

If you need a different style or colour, we’re happy to process an exchange (subject to availability).

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned.
Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
